The pool was so lekker, practically had it to ourselves! Chommies at reception were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Food options around the hotel were plenty—brekkie spots just outside made mornings a joy!

Had to ask waay too many times for room cleaning, that was a bit of a schlep.

I had a fantastic experience, particularly enjoying the spacious Superior Plus King Room and the quick housekeeping service that kept my stay comfortable. The pool was a real highlight, not too crowded during the evening, allowing for a relaxing dip. I did have a small issue with the reception's English proficiency during a request, which was a bit frustrating.

I stayed in the Premier Corner King Room for 2 nights, and it was super comfy. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The Japanese toilet was a game-changer! I loved the huge bathtub with a cool design, though the lighting could've been brighter. The AC worked perfectly too, not too drafty. But overall, I had a great time!
